I grew up in the nineties, meaning, I had limited screens and only access to animations and books made in traditional methods. I grew up in Devon around nature, with a very free and outside the box up bringing. Growing up my family were very unconventional which came with many challenges in where I could fit in within society. Through out life I have experienced many different jobs, cultures and groups of people and like most people, have faced many ups and downs. I believe these experiences have created who I am as a person and and an illustrator. The main themes in my work tend to be society, beliefs, history, myths, spirituality, emotion and extra-terrestrial experiences.
Life is a crazy and intense thing, that we will never fully understand and I guess, there is beauty and challenges within that, of which I love to express in my work.
